What We Believe

We believe in the verbal inspiration and sole authority of the 66 books of The Bible, preserved without error for the English speaking people in the old Authorized King James version.

We believe that there is one true and living God, eternal existing in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost.

We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by The Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary; and that he is True God and True Man.

We believe in the Deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ, The Son of God. We believe in his blood Sacrifice and death on the cross, his burial and his bodily resurrection and ascension back to Heaven.

We believe in the literal creation of man by direct act of God, and the fall according to the Genesis account.

We believe in Jesus Christ’s substitutionary and atoning death on the cross and his power to save men from sin through His Shed Blood.

We believe in Jesus Christ’s Bodily resurrection from the dead on the third day.

We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, which includes: conviction of sin, regeneration of sinners, and indwelling of all believers. We also stand against the charismatic interpretation of the Holy Ghost and His gifts.

We believe all men are sinners by birth and choice and can only be saved when they repent towards God and have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Therefore, salvation is only “by grace through faith”.

We believe in the eternal salvation of the believer, and that this eternal life cannot be lost under any circumstance and we further believe that each Christian has a responsibility to live a holy life and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

We believe in immersion of the believer in water baptism to signify Christ’s death, burial and resurrection and the believer’s identification with such as a testimony of salvation. We do not believe that water baptism saves or washes away sin.

We believe that every blood washed person who has or will trust in Jesus Christ makes up the Body of Christ, the New Testament Church. We believe in local New Testament Church’s that unit for purposes such as, worship, exhortation, doctrine and fellowship of one another and are called to spread the Word of God into all the world. We believe the Church is completely independent with no other pope, person, group, or body having the authority, right of intervention or control whatsoever of its affairs. We furthermore stand against the ecumenical movement.

We believe in Jesus Christ’s soon personal and premillennial return in power and great glory where He will call out His Church before His wrath is unleashed on the lost. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and un-just and the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost in hell and ultimately the lake of fire forever.
